Christofer von Beau, son of an American father and a German mother, was born in Munich, Germany.  His love for acting was actually incited by one of his mother’s friends who was an actress herself.  As a teenager, he moved with his mother to the U.S. where he spent the following 20 years.  While in America, he was accepted to the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.  Upon graduating successfully, he went on to take part in a Shakespeare workshop under the tutelage of Judy Magee and on top of that enjoyed a singing education with William Drake.  At the beginning of his career, Christofer von Beau played in numerous musicals like The Little Shop of Horrors and The Rocky Horror Show directed by Anna Vaughn at the Berliner Kammerspiele.  To this day he refers to this experience as “the best he had” when it comes to stage work.  More work such as the West Side StoryOthello, or Godspell was to follow.  His first TV appearances date back to 1995 but his breakthrough role was Franz Ainfachnur on the TV series SOKO 5113.  Starting off in 2002 as a supporting series regular in 74 episodes, he now has risen the ranks to become inspector and thereby one of the series leads on that show which was renamed SOKO Muenchen at the beginning of the 2015/2016 season.  In 2012 he delivered a strong performance as the leading male, Raymond, opposite Jutta Speidel in the ARD network film 24 Cows But No Man.  Whenever on set, Christofer von Beau’s upbeat nature and positive attitude lights up everyone around him.  We are so thankful to have him on our roster and are keenly looking forward to lots of interesting and fun projects together.

She has been an emotional enrichment for any film production that she was a part of. From the very beginning, she worked with famous directors like Klaus Emmerich, Axel Corti, and Jo Baier and was cast opposite fellow actors Monika Bleibtreu and Jan Biczycki. Recently she has teamed up with Max Färberböck, Hans Steinbichler, and Konstantin Ferstl and all of those collaborations just felt like a natural fit. The up-and-coming director Boris Kunz had started working with Doris Buchrucker before and during his education at the prestigious Munich HFF Film School and they have continued working together up to this day. In the summer of 2013 audiences loved Doris Buchrucker when she appeared in one of the lead roles in Boris Kunz’ romantic comedy DREI STUNDEN.

Born in Belgrade, Serbia and raised in Frankfurt, Anica Dobra calls both Germany and the Balkans her home. Being a thoroughbred actress and having enjoyed the best in stage- and on-camera training, Anica Dobra is very busy working in both countries. She became well-known in the 1990s in Germany when she worked together with the finest of directors mainly in comedies for the big screen but also in crime and drama feature films for TV. During that time, which was marked by intense political upheaval in the Balkans, she exhibited her remarkable talent in that region by portraying heavily conflicted protagonists. Her characters take control in a straightforward, hard-hitting, and pugnacious manner. She was awarded Best Actress several times. Anica Dobra is a frequent traveler since her family lives in Belgrade and she herself is a star in Serbia.  But she also feels drawn to Munich, Germany which is her second home. Audiences love her for her unconventional beauty and charming wit. Here in Germany we’ve come to picturing her playing in films that allow fresh subject matters to be tackled from a humorous point of view. Take some time and check out the clips of the Serbian TV series „Black and White World“ on her current reel. To most it will obviously be incomprehensible (subtitles are to follow soon), but her body language alone is simply hilarious.
